2023 ARC Holiday Party



It's time to register for the Association of Retired Conservationist's Holiday Party.

The 2023 party is:

Wednesday, December 6th at Maple Tree Supper Club
6010 US-51, McFarland

The Registration Deadline is Sunday, November 26, 2023. Social hour begins at 11:00 a.m. and lunch will be served at 12:15 p.m. Get there early to buy raffle tickets!

Feel free to pass this invitation along to other retirees that are not on our list. We hope that all the snowbirds will join us before they migrate south!

The menu includes Maple Tree's wonderful family style broasted chicken and fried cod served on platters, tossed salad, baked potato, corn, fresh baked bread, ice cream, soda, milk, coffee, tea.

Cost is $27.00 per person, which covers meal, taxes, tip, treasury, and a ticket for the attendee Door Prize raffle.


Special Raffle Message from Sheree


Hello my retiree friends!

It is almost the holidays and I would like to make a special appeal to all who will be attending our Christmas party. I am in charge of the raffles again this year and I am making this special appeal to ALL of you!!! I checked my lists for the past 5 years and it seems the same 15 people donate items every year.

I am asking everyone who comes to the party to bring at least one item for raffle. We all have something in our basements or attics that we do not use anymore or are planning to donate to Goodwill or St Vinnie’s. Please consider bringing an item for raffle.

Remember—this is to raise money for Second Harvest. Many families will be fed thanks to you.

This early notification will allow me to make the bags for our raffle tickets. Then just bring your items to the party. More items = more fun at the party!!
